Chinquapin Summer Festival – Residency Openings

We are looking for a string quartet, or individual string players, as well as a soprano and tenor. These players will come on board to stay at the Chinquapin Center for the Arts for a month-long residency. Here our ensemble will create a small chamber series as well as help us mount a workshop performance the new opera we have commissioned, The Fourth. We are looking for players that are passionate about the repertoire, daring new music and opera, as well as the prospect of coming on board as team members and collaborators as part of a rapidly growing festival.

Festival musicians and vocalists will be provided room and board, $1100 honorarium, and a $500 travel stipend.
