MusAid – Summer Teaching Residency

The MusAid Teaching Artist Summer Residency offers musicians the unique opportunity to perform and teach alongside renowned guest faculty at socially minded music programs around the world. MusAid seeks to inspire a new generation of globally aware teaching artists.  This year our program will be held at El Sistema, El Salvador, May 31 – June 17th. The program is open to ages 20-35. International applicants accepted.

• Each residency includes a three-day teacher training component led by MusAid faculty and a two-week hands-on workshop.

• Each fellow receives a scholarship valued at $2000 scholarship and is responsible for a $950 registration fee upon acceptance. (Scholarship and registration fee covers tuition, housing, meals, internal transport and 24/7 on the ground MusAid staff support. Travel to workshop country not included.)
