Psappha: Teaching Artists

Psappha is recruiting four Teaching Artists to support the delivery of our Very Young Composers initiative. The scheme has been developed in collaboration with the New York Philharmonic for Key Stage 2 children. The pilot will take place between April and July 2022 in schools in Knowsley and Sefton in the North West.

The positions will provide a professional development opportunity for composers and/or performers who are passionate about creativity and have an enthusiasm for working with children. The selected Teaching Artists will receive training from the New York Philharmonic team in person (or remotely subject to Covid restrictions) and will deliver the scheme.
