Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra – Cello Section (Only Canadians)

Music Director, Alexander Shelley, announces auditions for the following vacancy: Section Cello effective the 2018-2019 Season or earliest availability. National auditions are open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada only. Highly qualified applicants are asked to send a ONE PAGE resume by email (Word doc or pdf files only).

Season: 46 weeks including concerts, broadcasts, opera, ballet, recordings, tours and 5 weeks paid vacation

Salary: Minimum scale, 2017-2018: $1,963 per week The members of the National Arts Centre Orchestra are Canadian members of the American Federation of Musicians.
